At MyCleanPaws, your satisfaction (and your pet's!) means everything to us. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply reach out to us, and we'll guide you through the process.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. We want to make sure every product that goes to a new home is fresh and ready for your pet!

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's done.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we've got you covered — no questions asked. Just send us a photo, and we'll send out a replacement completely free of charge. Your pet deserves the best, and we'll make sure they get it!
